The security of client assets is our first priority.

Lenox Capital S.A. manages the client assets held at a custodian bank that best suits the client.

We have excellent working relationships with an extensive number of first class custodian banks. We can search, support and assist in choosing the best bank fulfilling client’s requirements.

 

 

 

With the new Financial lnstitutions Act (FINIG), asset managers became subject to a license requirement by the Swiss Financial Market Authority (FINMA).

Lenox Capital AG is licensed as an independent asset manager by FINMA in accordance with Article 17 of FINIG and is a regulated entity by the supervisory organization (SO), OSFIN Aufsichtsorganisation Finanzdienstleister.

Our audit firm is Nussbaumer & Partner Aktiengesellschaft.

We are member of Interessengemeinschaft unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter (lnterest Group of Independent Asset Managers – IGUV) and affiliated with an ombudsman, Ombudsstelle Finanzdienstleister (OFD).
