We have excellent working relationships with an extensive number of first class custodian banks. We can search, support and assist in choosing the best bank fulfilling client’s requirements.

 

 

 

With the new Financial lnstitutions Act (FINIG), asset managers became subject to a license requirement by the Swiss Financial Market Authority (FINMA).

Lenox Capital AG is licensed as an independent asset manager by the Swiss Financial Market Authority (FINMA) in accordance with Article 17 of FINIG and is a supervised by AOOS Supervision, Zurich.

Our audit firm is Nussbaumer & Partner Aktiengesellschaft.

We are member of Interessengemeinschaft unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter (lnterest Group of Independent Asset Managers – IGUV) and affiliated with an ombudsman, Ombudsstelle Finanzdienstleister (OFD).
